Chapter Board of Directors
As with any well-run mega-corporation, effective chapters will have designated roles and responsibilities to help ensure the completion of important tasks.
Below are some suggested official roles. They can be combined, rotated, edited, re-titled…but in our experience things run a lot smoother when someone is accountable for each of these. Start with your elite inner circle and build out as your chapter grows!
Minister of Information: Responsible for maintaining any chapter chats/lists/pages and adding new Trillionaires. Sends notice of upcoming calls and actions.
Social Director: Welcomes, orients and introduces newcomers virtually and at events; helps them identify the best way to get involved.
Master of Ceremonies: Overall organizer for a particular action, bottom-lines the event and makes sure key elements (press, leaflets, outreach, site visit, permits, coordination with other groups, etc.) are covered and coordinated. Perhaps rotate this role.
Minister of Surveillance: Ensures actions are photo and video documented, may or may not be the one to actually do the documenting. Shares photo & video with HQ at trillionairefortrump at gmail.com.
Roles you can add as your chapter grows…
Minister of Propaganda: Oversees design and development of social media posts, e-mail messages, posters etc. Shares content put out by HQ and expands it. May also draft talking points for the media and make posts HQ can share on social media. Keeps Trillionaires at an action on message.
Minister of the Arts: Makes sure all participants are in Trillionaire attire, advises on locations to obtain costumes and props, lends advice as to the tableau being captured for an action.
Local (Media) Mogul: Drafts and distributes media advisories and press releases, follows-up after action, cultivates press relations, develops and maintains media contact list.
The Public Face: Is prepared to speak to media in and out of character, can do coordinated interruptions of local actions, generally well spoken and comfortable speaking in public.
High Society Scout: Stays on top of local events where Trillionaires may want to appear - whether counter protesting or tabling at a town fair. Proposes ideas to the chapter for participation.
Special Ops Minister: Obtains information on Trump-friendly events by getting on list-serves, befriending Republican insiders or staffers by playing young Republican (clean-cut high school or college students are ideal for this role), and shares this info with group to help plan future Thank You Rallies, etc.
